Andrew A. Balalovski is the Principle Broker and driving force behind Balalovski Real Estate, where he leads company growth, oversees operations, and advises clients across any real estate needs they have regardless of the price, size, location or type of property. Since founding the brokerage in 2013, he has built a reputation for delivering strategic, results-driven solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.

With over two decades of experience in the industry, Andrew began his real estate career early, quickly developing a strong foundation in sales, leasing, consultation, exchange and investment strategy. He spent several years specializing in both residential and commercial real estate, where he was responsible for marketing campaigns, assembling offering memorandums and successfully negotiating transactions that consistently exceeded client expectations.

As the Principle Broker of Balalovski Real Estate, Andrew plays a central role in scaling the organization, mentoring agents and executing high-level transactions. His expertise spans brokerage operations, investment analysis and multi-sector real estate advisory allowing him to effectively guide clients ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts from Capital University with a focus in Spanish and additional studies in business management. He has further advanced his real estate expertise through specialized training with the CCIM Institute and Hondros College earning multiple professional designations in commercial and property management disciplines.

Fluent in English, Spanish, Macedonian and a command of various other languages, Andrew brings a global perspective to his work and is committed to building long-term relationships through trust, transparency and performance. He is an active member of the Columbus Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Outside of work, Andrew works on his fitness and is a passionate film enthusiast, enjoying a night in watching a new blockbuster with friends or family. Travel also consumes his desires with his bucket list growing with new destinations to visit daily. An integral part of the food scene too, you may run into Andrew at a new restaurant opening as well as he wets his culinary tongue into a new flavored dish.
